We continue our local spotlight series by announcing this new local event at the beautiful Fox Run Golf Course in Ludlow, Vermont. Join the community for Yoga on the Green! Offered every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Yoga on the Green is a great new addition to our recurring local events. We are so excited to have yoga classes back in town and what better location than the golf course to enjoy a morning of mindfulness. Soak in the views of Okemo Mountain in the background and the awe-inspiring landscape of the groomed course. 

Yoga on the Green is great for everyone of all abilities from beginners to advanced yogis. The hour-long classes will be a great opportunity to connect to your mind, body, and nature, and all genders are welcome! Taught by instructor Lori Wright, CPT, the classes will focus on improving flexibility and strength in areas that golfers need it most. Her classes offer a great workout if you're a golfer or not. Lori has her Golf Specialist Certification and is also a personal trainer and health coach. 

 Classes will be held for the remainder of the summer, so come enjoy your mornings with members of the community. Friday and Saturday classes will begin at 8 a.m. and Sunday classes will begin at 10 a.m. Gather at the back driving range for class with your own yoga mat, or purchase one in the Pro Shop. Bring a towel, water, and an open mind as you enter class. A single class cost is $20 and a couple/duo price is offered at $35. For additional information, please call the Club House at (802) 228-1396.

One of our favorite spots to grab a bite to eat is located just across the street from our office! Did you know our front yard is home to the Fox Run Golf Course? We love taking a walk over to the course to enjoy a team lunch break with a view of the course.
