Kathy listed my home 0n July 3 , 2026 and it closed on August 28! It was Amazing! The initial process; assessment, determination of price point, followed by fantastic photo shoot and listing was quick and efficient. Once listed Kathy made sure I had a heads up about all viewings. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. Offers were quickly evaluated and guidance was given on how to prepare for closing. Brendan helped me purchase my first condo in VT. I was not able to physically see the unit, so I relied on Brendan 150%, and he was 150% reliable. He took the extra time to provide real video/photo footage for me (b/c the listing ones are always a little hard to believe!) and provided real insight on the neighborhood, its reputation, the community, etc. Given I was long-distance, he took the time to gain my trust - there were no surprises. Having Brendan guide us through this sale was great. He was able to suggest some great local folks to help with the general inspection as well as a deeper dive into some of the systems in the house.
