December is finally here; the season of skiing, holiday lights, family time, and festive events at Okemo Mountain starts now! Mark your calendars with these upcoming holiday events being held at Okemo Mountain this month. There is a perfect blend of family-friendly events and apres afternoons for the parents. We hope to see you out and about this holiday season. Think snow!
1. TRAIL SIGN AUCTION | DECEMBER 1-2, 2022
Don't miss the online auction to own a piece of Okemo history! Online Auction Opens: Thursday, December 1, 2022 @ 12pm EST. Online Auction Closes: Friday, December 2, 2022 @ 12pm EST. All proceeds of the Okemo Ski Trail Sign Auction will benefit the Town of Ludlow Recreation Department & EpicPromise Employee Foundation.
2. SNOW TUBING ACTIVATION! | DECEMBER 27, 2022 | 3-6 PM
Join us for an afternoon of snow tubing at Jackson Gore on Okemo Mountain. Families and friends will enjoy the live DJ and laps on the tubing hill! Bundle up, grab a hot cocoa, and rip the fast track!
3. SHAKE N' SKATE | DECEMBER 28, 2022 | 5-8 PM
Join us for a fun evening of ice skating with a live DJ that's fun for the whole family in Okemo’s Ice House skating pavilion at Jackson Gore. The rink turns into the ultimate party with live music, colorful lights and party games. Skate the night away with friends and family after the day on the slopes. Bring your own pair of skates or rent a pair at the Ice House.
4. APRES AFTERNOONS (Friday) | DECEMBER 30, 2022 | 2-5 PM
Bringing back Après Afternoons at the Jackson Gore Courtyard this season! Kicking the series off with a 3 day event, so you can Après for the holidays, and then will be running every Saturday until the end of the season.
We will be featuring music all weekend long on the Toyota Mobile Music Stage which is a stage that features a silver airstream that opens up to elevate performances with a unique look and feel. Jam out with the band White Steer on Friday and hangout under the lights with our heated lamps and firepits.
Kids will have multiple options to keep the fun going since our Snowtubing Park and Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster will be open. We will be sure to have additional games like giant jenga, corn hole, and more available too!
Looking to enjoy some beverages or a small bite? We are thrilled to introduce our new Last Chair Slopeside Bar. This will be the go-to spot for Okemo's Après Afternoons this winter season.

Kick back and relax after your day on the slopes at the Jackson Gore Courtyard! This is day two of the 3-day event, so you can Après for the holidays, and then will be running every Saturday until the end of the season. Live music by Dustin Marshall.
6. NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION | DECEMBER 31, 2022 | 5-9 PM
