Our team at William Raveis Vermont Properties is excited to share a new fall activity for the community - Scarecrows on Main! We are donating scarecrow frames to our local businesses for them to decorate and display around town. Our goal is to create a sense of community in this fun fall activity for all to enjoy. Scarecrows are free - no donation required.
Once you have picked up your scarecrow frame from our office, register at the Recreation Department or visit www.ludlowvtparksandrec.com. You will receive an entry number that should be placed near your scarecrow in a visible spot.
The event begins on Saturday, October 2nd and continues until November 1st. Judging will take place over Columbus Day Weekend. Winners will be announced on the Ludlow Parks and Recreation website on October 13th.
Family categories include "Scariest", "Funniest", and "Vermont's Original". The business category is "Best on Main".
