What people are saying....

Kathy and the whole team made this transaction so painless...

Working with Kevin was the best real estate experience ever...

Kathy is the best real estate professional we've ever met.

Sarah was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly...advocated strongly for us during the negotiations.

Your firm (staff) were all wonderful. They dealt with every question or concern, totally helpful and professional manner. In spite of the fact that my condo was a "small" account in comparison to the mostly more expensive properties that you have listed for sale, I was treated as if I was your most important client always!" Your staff are totally wonderful! Helpful! Knowledgable! and superior in solving any problems that came along. I am very happy that I chose your company.

Hands down, the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant real estate team we have ever worked with. From the research phase of the process when we began looking to carrying the offer over the line, this was an extremely positive experience. We absolutely recommend VT Prop without reservation.

Kathy was GREAT!! She was attentive and responsive. One of the most pleasant agents I have ever worked with. She worked extremely hard for us and got our deal done. We are extremely satisfied.

Kathy and team are the best. They know the market like nobody else and are so effective to get the deal done. Having bought and sold many properties, I can say they are the best in New England!

(agent) went above and beyond helping us close the deal. she made sure everything was done on time and answered any and all questions. we love our new place and couldn't have closed without her

Fantastic Experience! Definitely the people to talk to in Ludlow, VT
