What people are saying....

Kathy was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the house buying process.  She responded quickly to all of our questions.   She was a true joy to work with!

Kathy and the whole team made this transaction so painless.  We appreciate all the help and recommendations for additional resources and contractors.

We appreciated everything Kathy and the team did to find the perfect property for us and get us to closure quickly so we could get some days of skiing in!  AND provided the Best Ski days we’ve had in years! How did you do it?  Thanks for a great experience and we’re so excited to be owners In Ludlow/Okemo!

This is our 4th transaction with William Raveis Vermont Properties. As always the standard of excellence exceeded our expectations.  They are the best!

FANTASTIC! We felt Kevin was on our side, advocating for us and knew exactly what we wanted.

Working with Kevin was the best real estate experience ever.  He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.  Even after the sale he was still checking in with us making sure everything was working out well.

Kevin and the whole VT Properties team went above and beyond.  They took the extra steps including crawling around in electrical closets to find additional information for the bank.  They made the process super easy for a first time homeowner.  Even when we thought the deal would fall through, Kevin made recommendations for financing!  If it wasn’t for all of VT Properties hard work we would not have our beautiful forever home.

Great knowledge, great service & great follow through. Overall a joy to work with.

Sarah was beyond helpful, even after our closing.  She made everything very easy for us since we live out of state.  Her knowledge of the area helped us as well. Thank you for all of your guidance throughout the process and even after!

The entire Team went above and beyond to sell my house. They were with me every step of the way. Strongly recommend this team.
