Kathy listed my home 0n July 3 , 2026 and it closed on August 28! It was Amazing! The initial process; assessment, determination of price point, followed by fantastic photo shoot and listing was quick and efficient. Once listed Kathy made sure I had a heads up about all viewings. Any questions I had were quickly addressed. Offers were quickly evaluated and guidance was given on how to prepare for closing.
