Kathy sold her first piece of real estate on her 30th birthday and is still going strong. She started in the real estate world in 1989 working on a development on Okemo Mountain with her husband. Kathy grew up in Vermont, left for college and returned a few years later to the Burlington area. In 1989 she married her husband, Scott and moved to the Ludlow area. Both Kathy and her husband are proud to have been involved in several developments on Okemo and the surrounding area. She has since opened a second office located on Okemo in the Winterplace Condominium complex and throughout the years has earned her designations as a Realtor GRI, ABR and CRS.
Kathy and her husband have two daughters and the whole family, both on and off the Mountain enjoy hiking, running, sailing and last but not least, skiing.

Born and raised in Newport RI, Suzanne left the ocean for the Green Mountains where she attended Green Mountain College and acquired her Elementary Education degree. Having a sense of adventure and desire to go west, she attended the University of Las Vegas and entered into the Hotel Restaurant Administration program. The Okemo Area has been home for 25 years to Suzanne, her husband Pat and their two children, Ryan and Molly.
Suzanne has been a licensed realtor since 1984 and has been with Vermont Properties since 2000. She is the managing broker and holds both ABR and GRI designations. She is presently in her 2nd year serving the Crown Point Board of Realtors as program director and spirit committee chair. Suzanne is very involved with her community and volunteers for numerous community organizations. Her approach to real estate is both pragmatic and professional which has contributed to our successful formula.

Sue was born and raised in Connecticut where she resided for most of her life.
In 1996, Sue moved to Vermont and began working for Okemo Mountain in the main office. Not too long after she joined the team at Vermont Properties working as an Administrative Assistant and has since took on the role as Sales Assistant for all the Agents. Sue had raised five wonderful children and enjoys spending her time with her eight grandchildren.
